About Infinite Painter
Most drawing apps greet you with a wall of toolbars. Infinite Painter does the opposite: a nearly empty canvas, a minimal interface that stays out of the way, and hundreds of brushes underneath — pencils in particular are praised by artists who use this app daily on phones, tablets, and Chromebooks.
The brush engine is the headline. Built-in brushes react to the canvas with realistic texture, every brush carries over a hundred customizable settings, and styluses get full pressure and tilt support. You can import and export brush sets, organize favorites, and even convert strokes into editable shapes when a line needs adjusting rather than redrawing.
Under the calm surface sits a professional stack: layers with thirty blend modes, masks and clipping masks, symmetry tools from radial to kaleidoscope, five perspective guides plus isometric for game art, and a hatching guide for ink work. Smart shape detection tidies wobbly circles, seamless pattern projects tile perfectly, and timelapse records your process for sharing.
Exports cover JPG, PNG, WEBP, and layered PSD, with CMYK modes and print presets for work that leaves the screen. The free version is genuinely usable — all the brushes and three layers — while the Pro upgrade unlocks HD canvases, far more layers, adjustment and filter layers, and forty-plus extra tools for people making a living from it.
