There is no contact form and no account to create. You write to that address, a person reads it, and we reply to the address you wrote from. We do not keep mailing lists, and we will never add you to one because you sent us a message.
We try to answer within a few working days. Short, clear messages get answered first, simply because they are easier to deal with. The notes below will help you get a useful reply.
General questions
Not sure where a game is listed, or how the download buttons work? Ask away. It helps if you include the name of the game or app exactly as it appears on the site, and a link to the page if you have it.
One thing we cannot help with is the games themselves. We do not develop or publish the titles listed on PlayVault, so we cannot fix bugs in a game, restore a lost account, process a refund, or help with a purchase you made inside an app. For anything like that, contact the publisher through their official store page. They are the only ones who can sort it out.
Spotted a mistake?
Listings go out of date. A price changes, an app gets renamed, a game is removed from the store, a description no longer matches the current version. If you see something like that, tell us what is wrong and what it should say. We check the official listing, correct our page, and that is one less wrong page on the internet.
Screenshots are welcome if they make the problem clearer, but a plain description is fine too.
For developers and publishers
If one of your games or apps is listed on PlayVault and you would like the details changed — a new description, an updated icon, a corrected link — write to us and we will sort it out.
If you would rather your title was not listed at all, say so clearly in your message. We remove listings on request from the rights holder or their representative, no long process needed.
You are also welcome to suggest a game or app for listing. Send the official store link and a couple of lines about why it deserves a spot.
For rights holders
If you believe a listing on PlayVault uses your material without permission — text, artwork, a logo, or anything else — tell us. There is a fuller explanation of how we handle these requests on our DMCA and disclaimer page, but the short version is: email us, and we will put it right quickly.
Before you write
A few questions come up again and again, and the answers are already on the site. The FAQ section covers what PlayVault does, where downloads come from, and why we link to official stores. A quick look there might save us both an email.
One last thing
Please do not send us files, APKs, or download links of your own. We do not accept uploads, and messages with attachments may be ignored or deleted unread.
