Hole.io - Original Hole Game

Hole.io has one job for you, and it is exactly what it sounds like: be the hole. You glide through a busy place, swallowing what fits, and the map slowly empties as you go. Cars, lampposts and hot dogs disappear first, followed by larger objects as your hole grows. The controls are simple, just swipe and glide, so there is very little to learn before the fun starts.

Growth is the whole loop. You start tiny, barely large enough to take in a trash can, and each thing you swallow makes the next one possible. At some point, the scale flips: what looked like a street full of obstacles becomes a snack, and a skyscraper that once towered over you can be gulped down in one bite. That change in size is what keeps a short session interesting.

The settings change the scenery without changing the idea. One round drops you into busy New York, another into a creaky pirate cove, and another into a glowing sci-fi metropolis. All three are bright, detailed 3D worlds, and clearing a map feels different when the buildings, props and streets around you look different too.

Hole.io also fits easily into a break. It is easy to learn, free to play, and works in short bursts, whether that means five minutes with a coffee or a longer unwind in the evening. There is no complicated system to manage. Just move, eat, grow, and see how much of the world you can clear before the session ends.
