About Dofu Live NFL NCAA MLB NHL
Open, glance, close — that's the entire intended interaction. This is a live-scores app for American sport (its store text calls the product DofuStream; the disclaimer inside name-checks yet another title, Sideline, which tells you something about how these apps get recycled). Under the branding shuffle sits a focused tool: scores for football, basketball, baseball and ice hockey, no account required.
Scores are pushed over a live connection rather than polled, so they change on screen without a refresh — each card carries the score, the game clock, the period and a win-probability readout, and live games float to the top of the list. The whole interface recolors to match whichever sport you're in, a small touch that genuinely prevents wrong-league confusion.
Around the scores: a seven-day window (three days back, three ahead, with markers under dates that have games), team pages showing record, a last-five form line and every fixture in the window, full conference standings, league leaders, an injury report, and headlines from the league's own feed with tap-through to full stories. Star a team and its games pin above everything else.
Set expectations plainly: despite 'Live' in the name, the description promises live scores, not live video — no streams are mentioned anywhere. It's free and ad-supported, independent and unaffiliated with any league (all team names and marks belong to their owners, as its own disclaimer says), and early users are lukewarm: 2.6 stars at 10K+ downloads. As a glanceable scoreboard for four US sports, the feature set is right; the ratings say the execution still has to win people over.
