About Real Cricket™ 20
Hitting a six is supposed to be hard, and Real Cricket 20 is built around that unfashionable idea. Nautilus Mobile's game is a full cricket simulation: batting is a matter of shot selection and patience, bowlers have to be worked over, and an innings can be ground out ball by ball when the match demands it.
Batsmen come in four types — Defensive, Balanced, Radical and Brute — each with its own shots and aggression levels, so who is at the crease changes how you play. The Pro Cam puts you in the batsman's eyes with the ball arriving at 90 mph. The broadcast dressing is thorough: commentary from Sanjay Manjrekar across English and Hindi packs, female commentary options, an UltraEdge review system with Hotspot and the Snickometer for edges and LBW calls, and start times from morning through to night.
The mode list runs long. Challenge Mode drops you into famous chases from cricket history to finish your own way. Road to WC and Road to RCPL replay the 50-over World Cup and league editions, the tournament shelf holds the Asia Trophy, the Urn, the Masters Cup and Crusade, and the RCPL runs a genuine player auction, so you build your squad before you defend it. Test matches are here as well, pink ball under lights included, with proper field setups.
Multiplayer covers 1v1 ranked and unranked games, 2v2 with friends, co-op against the AI and a spectate mode for live matches, with highlights worth saving and sharing. The stadiums run from Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata to Cape Town, Melbourne, London, Dubai and Wellington. The app offers in-app purchases, and its 3.9-star average tells its own story: the depth delights purists more than casual swingers.
