Daraz is an online shopping app that lets users browse and order from home. Its categories include health and beauty, electronics, fashion, and home and living, along with other ranges, and it lists thousands of brands. Daraz Mall is presented as the section for official brands, with products described as authentic.

Payment options listed in the app include cash on delivery, bank transfer, and credit card. Orders can be placed from home and delivered to the buyer, and the app includes a guarantee section covering returns and support. Returns are described as free and easy, in five steps, within seven days, or fourteen days for Daraz Mall items. Payment data is described as encrypted, with the system monitored for suspicious activity, and live support is available around the clock.

The app also includes shopping formats beyond a standard product page. Daraz Live uses live streaming, with influencers showing products before a purchase, and Daraz Candy offers rewards that can offset purchases. Deal formats mentioned include flash deals and mega deals, along with an exclusive discount for new buyers on a first order and multi-item deal options.

In practical terms, Daraz works as a general marketplace app: search a category, compare listings, choose a payment method, and use the return window and support channels if an item does not meet expectations. Technical issues can be reported to the support address given in the listing, [email protected].
