About Rythm Health
Rythm Health moves the blood test out of the clinic and into the mailbox. It's a US service — available in all 50 states, subscription-based — built around at-home collection: a kit arrives, you collect a sample from your upper arm with the included device, and the lab work happens at the company's own facilities. The device is marketed as painless — no appointments, no waiting rooms, no traditional needles, is the pitch.
The loop has three steps with names: Click, Ship, Learn. Register the kit in the app and follow guided collection instructions; return the sample with the prepaid label (the app tracks deliveries and shipments, and can schedule pick-up); results land within 72 hours of the sample reaching the lab, with previous tests kept for trend comparisons.
What gets measured spans six areas: heart health, hormones, thyroid, kidney health, inflammation and nutrition. The app layers interpretation on top — personalized insights and an AI Coach you can chat with about what a biomarker means — and your results export as PDF or CSV whenever you want them outside the app.
The trust apparatus is front and center: testing done in-house at a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited lab (their credentials, as stated), a verified chain-of-custody for every sample, and encryption for the data. One boundary is stated in their own disclaimer: Rythm doesn't recommend or refer you to healthcare providers. It's a monitoring membership — monthly testing to watch trends — not a doctor.
