Kingshot

Kingshot is an idle medieval survival game in which you govern a town after a rebellion overturns a dynasty and starts a devastating war. With people displaced, society collapsing, disease spreading and groups desperate for resources, survival depends on the choices a governor makes, both inside the town and in dealings with others.

Day to day, the work is practical. You gather resources and upgrade defenses so the town can repel invasions at any moment, and you assign survivors to roles such as workers, hunters and chefs. Their health and happiness affect how productive they stay, and illness needs a quick response so everyone gets treatment in time. Laws also matter: the codes you establish help sustain civilization and shape how strongly the town grows.

Beyond the walls, the continent is full of untapped resources that refugees, rebels and ambitious governors all want. That competition drives the wider game, as you fight for resources, form or join alliances to share the burden of rebuilding, and work toward becoming the strongest governor and claiming the throne.

Heroes give that struggle its shape. A roster of unique heroes can be recruited, their skills honed and squads assembled to challenge other governors. Wins bring points and access to rare items, and rankings track which towns rise highest. At the same time, you rebuild fragments of lost technology, since the rebellion destroyed almost all advances, and the race to master new technology can decide who dominates the new order.
